so much to say

I really will have to break this into multiple entries, but connecting with people lately has me asking and answering lots of questions and making decisions about relationships. I'll write more when I'm home as I am at a friend's house right now, but I wanted to comment on something I saw today as I was catching up on my blog log.

Am I weird or odd for wanting to mail someone a handwritten letter or card or something after reading things like this or this? I hate things like this. I have to be the most blessed man on earth to have gotten what I have for christmas, but that's just because of the relationships I've had beforehand. At the same time, I've had enough rough christmases and other bad holidays to know the importance of making sure no one feels alone during such a hard time. There has to be something I can do...
